As a part of our team, we have on staff a certified Q grader specializing in selecting the finest Arabica beans. Through an extensive cupping and grading program we only roast the finest coffees. We take great pride in single source, fair trade, organic coffee.
Kafie 1901 Brazil Coffee
16oz / 1 lb. bag – whole bean coffee
Our Brazil coffee blend is hand selected by a certified Q grader and imported directly from family owned farms into our roasting facility in Miami, Florida. The coffee is organic, single source, and proudly roasted in small batches. Roasted for taste, distinct body characters and levels of acidity, making the coffee more complex in every cup. Coffee has notes of dark chocolate and dark cocoa, a naturally ocurring characteristic found in this Arabica bean grown and harvested on select fair trade farms in Brazil. Our Brazil Cerrado blend is a bold, unique coffee processed using a special semi-washed technique where the fruit of the coffee cherry is left on the bean during the drying process. The slight caramelization of the natural sugars in the bean give this Medium-Dark coffee a touch of roastiness, while it still retains its natural flavor character, giving it a sweet, pleasant aftertaste. 100% Arabica Coffee, GMO free.
